Meet Our Leadership:
Craig Bidois – Managing Director Founder of FearFree in 2009, Craig brings a wealth of experience to the table. With a background as a Training Officer with the New Zealand Police, managing the United Nations Peacekeeping operations mobile training team in Africa, and leading training for the British & Foreign Commonwealth Police Service in the Middle East, Craig’s expertise spans continents. His role as former National Training Manager for the NZ Defence Force and extensive experience in developing and presenting train-the-trainer programs globally uniquely qualify him to deliver top-notch training programs, ensuring real empowerment for your team.
Greg Bolton – Training Manager With a remarkable 25 years of professional experience, Greg has been FearFree’s Training Manager for the past 4 years. His journey includes 11 years with the New Zealand Police and 14 years with the United Nations Security. Serving as a Security Officer in four UN Peacekeeping missions, Greg predominantly managed Security Operations, Planning, Compliance, and Investigation teams. Recently serving as the Security Manager for UNICEF in Ethiopia, Greg ensured the safety and security of over 450 staff and their families, focusing on emergency planning, crisis response, field mission best practices, and operational resilience. Holding a Master’s degree in International Security Studies, Greg is committed to delivering contemporary security training and expertise.
